Tomos Hamblen

I’m a Sport Business student at Liverpool John Moores University and currently an intern at ICON Global Sports Agency. I have a strong passion for sport and a deep interest in how the industry operates behind the scenes, especially the ways business shapes decision‑making, strategy, and the growth of sport. Through Net Scores, I aim to bring real‑world industry experience and academic insight together to help explain how tennis functions as a commercial ecosystem and our goal is for every visitor to leave with a deeper understanding of the industry and its evolving trends in todays tennis.

Alex Peplow

Tennis has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. From childhood matches on local courts to travelling across Europe for major events, the sport has shaped not only my passion but also my career path. I’ve been lucky enough to experience tennis at every level. Whether soaking up the sun at the Mallorca Open, feeling the electric atmosphere at Wimbledon, or cheering courtside at the Davis Cup. Each event has deepened my love for the game and broadened my understanding of the global tennis landscape.

I’m currently a second‑year Sport Business student at Liverpool John Moores University. Through this platform, my goal is to combine my knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm to provide meaningful insights into the business side of tennis. Whether you’re a fan, a player, or someone curious about the commercial engine powering the sport, I’m here to share stories, analysis, and perspectives from a genuine tennis lover with both practical and academic grounding.

"The business side of tennis is just as important and fascinating as what happens on the court. We want you to feel informed, confident, and aware of the factors shaping professional tennis."
